Requirements
LCSW, LMFT or LMHC-Medicaid enrolled/pending enrollment.
A Florida State Qualified Evaluator is a plus but not required.
Must have five years' experience working with mental health, psychology, social work, counseling, behavorial science, substance abuse field with children and families.
